It is over now, that one jolt,
which flattened me.
My heart and mind stopped.

Death stood at the door
asking, what's really important?
What counts now?

Oh, how foolish has been my life.
How could my priorities exclude an eternal power?
The heavens declare a mighty and powerful God.

Yet He lives! It's over now.
In an instant, everything changed.
Life can continue, but never the same.

God intervened to express His love.
Jesus saves. He is my Savior and Healer.
Best I start calling Him Lord.

Now I praise Him. I know Him.
Jesus healed me and saved me.
Praise the Lord.
